This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Plain version first: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a digital system and stay in touch about it, we do not sell your data, and we keep it discreet.

What we collect

• When you buy, our payment provider Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details to process the purchase. Stripe processes your payment securely, and we do not see or store your full card details.
• Your email address, so we can deliver your access, send purchase-related and onboarding messages, and let you know about related products in future. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
• Standard analytics and advertising data as you use the site, including via the Meta pixel, to understand traffic and measure advertising. This may include your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought, to support you, to improve the site, and to run and measure advertising. We rely on your consent for marketing email and on our legitimate interest in running the business for analytics and security.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run this business on our behalf: our payment provider (Stripe), our email provider (Kit), and analytics and advertising platforms (including Meta). Each handles your data under its own terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising and tracking

We use the Meta pixel to measure and improve our advertising. You can control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings and manage cookies through your browser. Where required, we ask for consent before non-essential tracking loads.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@statureandco.com.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you are a customer or subscriber and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Discretion

We keep your purchase private. Billing descriptors are discreet and nothing about your purchase is shared beyond what is described here.

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page.
